At Grind and Refined, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across Canada and the United States. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

- All products are custom-made to order.

- We get to work fast—most orders are processed the same day and sent to production after payment is confirmed. We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re just as excited to get it ready for you!

- Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen delays.

2. Shipping Time

- Shipping times are as follows:

    • Canada & United States: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days
    • after production.Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight of the items.

- Free Shipping: Select products may include free shipping promotions (as noted in the product description).

4. Tracking Information

- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

- Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

- If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

    1. Check the tracking information provided.
    2. Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
    3. If you still require assistance, reach out to us at grindandrefined@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Incorrect Addresses

- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

- If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us within 4 hours to update the address.

7. Undeliverable Packages

- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
